In the summer period, March 12th to November 12th, the placement of fresh or artificial flowers in cemetery vases, attached to a permanent style memorial or monument, at places of internment will be allowed. Perminant receptacles must be the same size and design and type of metal approved by the Corporation. During the summer period, while the grass is growing, potted plants, wreaths and baskets on the graveside are permitted only at Easter, Memorial Day, Father’s Day & Independence Day for a period of seven (7) days of the placement. Mother’s Day flowers will need to be taken off three (3) days, which would be May 17th, due to Memorial Day Weekend.
During winter period, November 12th to March 15th, all floral decorations and/or wreaths are permitted on gravesite and will not be removed by cemetery unless they are considered withered or unsightly.
The cemetery is not responsible for any flowers, decorations and/or containers placed at any interment location. No articles of any kind except those specifically authorized by these rules shall be permitted on any internment space, lot or any part of the cemetery.
