Charles "Bud" Benard, 69, of Deer Park, Texas, formerly of Catlettsburg, died Jan. 18.
He was born Sept. 10, 1940, in Fort Gay, W.Va.
His wife, Carrie Hulett Benard, survives.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Kilgore & Collier Funeral Home in Catlettsburg. Burial will be in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens in Ashland.
