Delores A. Pennington (1941-2009)
Delores A. Pennington, 68, of Catlettsburg, wife of Charles Woodrow Pennington, died Saturday morning at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Russell. She was born January 25, 1941, in Lawrence County, Ky., a daughter of the late Cecil and Mae Marie Bowling McGranahan. She was a member of the Westwood Church of God.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include two sons, Donald Edward Baker of Ashland and Daniel Lee Pennington of Flatwoods; two daughters, Candy Marie Moore of Arkansas and Teresa Diane Cumpton of Worthington; one brother, Paul McGranham; one sister, Phyllis McGranahan Cox of Ashland; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Graveside services and entombment will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at Preston Family Funeral Home in Ashland.
