Kathryn Ozell French Parsons - 1950-2008
Kathryn Ozell French Parsons, 58, of Ashland, Ky., died Saturday, Aug. 2, 2008, in Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital.
She was born March 7, 1950, in Pageton, W.Va., a daughter of the late Mary Edith Huddler French and an uncle who raised her, the late Kenneth Huddler.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Dennis Edward French Jr. and William Kenneth French.
She was a retired co-owner of Westwood Janitorial Services and a member of Wesleyan Church Ashland Heights.
Surviving are a brother-in-law and lifelong friend, James Parsons of Ashland; a niece, Misty Dawn Allen; three nephews, William Mitchell French, Jerry Edward French and Michael Arthur; a sister, Mary Ellen Sexton of Catlettsburg, Ky.; five great-nieces; and three great-nephews.
The funeral will be at noon Thursday, Aug. 7, 2008, at Lazear Funeral Home in Ashland by James McKown. Burial will be in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call after 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
