Mary Helen Mills
Mary Helen Mills, 77, of Ashland, Ky., died March 2, 2009, in Wurtland, Ky. nursing home.
She was a retired LPN at Community Hospice in Ashland.
She served the Lord at Faith Outreach Church in Huntington, W.Va.
She was the daughter of the late Chattie and Martin Small.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James P. Mills; two brothers, Kenneth L. Small and Jesse Boone Small; a sister, Peggy Ann Warner; and a grandson, Gregory Allen Marshall.
Surviving are a brother, Bob Small of Tampa, Fla.; a sister, Christine Martin of Fort Worth, Texas; two sons, Ronald Mills of Lexington, Ky., and Rick Mills of Lexington; a daughter, April Marshall of Chesapeake, Ohio; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. before the service.
The funeral will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, March 5, 2009, at Lazear Funeral Home in Ashland by Pastor Ravin Fields. Burial will immediately follow the service at Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens in Ashland.
