Rosemary Riffe Johnson, 68, of Ashland, passed away Monday, June 18, 2012.
Rosemary was born Sept. 4, 1943, in Ashland, to the late Henry Theodore and Lockie Helen Kitchen Riffe.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Norman W. Johnson; a brother, George Riffe; and a special nephew, whom she was very close to, Steven Holbrook.
Survivors include a son, David Johnson and his wife, Missy of Ashland; a brother, Teddy Riffe of Westwood; a sister, Margaret Holbrook of Catlettsburg; a niece, Jennifer Holbrook of Catlettsburg; and two grandchildren, Emma Johnson and Alden Johnson.
Graveside services will be conducted at noon on Thursday, June 21, 2012, by Tom Keelin, Pastor at Golden Oaks Memorial Garden in Ashland. Caniff Funeral Home in Ashland is in charge of arrangements.
Contributions in Rosemary's memory may be made to Community Hospice Care Center, 1480 Carter Ave., Ashland, KY 41101.
